Status prac na budowie terminala T5 – czerwiec 2026
Czerwiec był kolejnym miesiącem intensywnych działań na budowie terminala T5. Inwestycja konsekwentnie przechodzi do następnych etapów realizacji, a osiągnięte w ostatnich tygodniach postępy przybliżają projekt do fazy odbiorów i przygotowania infrastruktury do przyszłej obsługi sektora offshore wind.
W raportowanym okresie zakończono kluczowe roboty palowe (100%) oraz zasadnicze roboty konstrukcyjne i żelbetowe związane z realizacją nabrzeży oraz infrastruktury terminalowej. Tym samym osiągnięty został jeden z najważniejszych kamieni milowych projektu. Obecnie prowadzone są jeszcze prace przy elementach uzupełniających, takich jak fundamenty masztów oświetleniowych, komory separatorów i osadników kanalizacji deszczowej oraz elementy stanowiska Ro-Ro.
Znaczący postęp odnotowano również w zakresie robót geotechnicznych. Wzmocnienie podłoża kolumnami żwirowo-cementowymi zostało wykonane w 96%, natomiast prace związane z zagęszczaniem gruntu metodą RIC osiągnęły 90% zaawansowania.
Równolegle realizowane są roboty drogowe i nawierzchniowe, stanowiące priorytet na tym etapie prac, a także szeroki zakres prac instalacyjnych obejmujących sieci deszczowe, wodno-kanalizacyjne, energetyczne i teletechniczne. Na każdym etapie prowadzone są również badania jakościowe oraz działania środowiskowe, zapewniające zgodność inwestycji z wymaganiami technicznymi i administracyjnymi.
W najbliższych miesiącach skupimy się na dalszej realizacji infrastruktury technicznej, pracach wyposażeniowych, w szczególności kolejnych warstw nawierzchni placów składowych, montażu urządzeń cumowniczo-odbojowych oraz przygotowaniu do prób eksploatacyjnych i odbiorów częściowych. Celem pozostaje zakończenie zakresów niezbędnych do uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie do końca sierpnia 2026 roku.
T5 Terminal Construction Progress Update – June 2026
June marked another month of intensive activity on the T5 Terminal construction project. The investment continues to advance steadily through successive delivery phases, and the progress achieved in recent weeks brings the project significantly closer to the commissioning stage and the readiness of the infrastructure to support the future offshore wind sector.
During the reporting period, all piling works were completed (100%), together with the principal structural and reinforced concrete works associated with the construction of the quays and terminal infrastructure. This represents one of the most significant project milestones achieved to date. Work on ancillary elements is still ongoing, including foundations for lighting masts, oil separator and stormwater settlement chambers, as well as components of the Ro-Ro facility.
Significant progress was also recorded in geotechnical works. Ground improvement using gravel-cement columns reached 96% completion, while soil densification works carried out using the Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) method achieved 90% completion.
In parallel, roadworks and pavement construction activities are progressing and remain a key priority at this stage of the project. A broad scope of utility installation works is also underway, covering stormwater drainage, water and wastewater networks, power supply infrastructure, and telecommunications systems. Quality control testing and environmental monitoring activities continue throughout all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with both technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Over the coming months, the project team will focus on the continued delivery of technical infrastructure and fit-out works, with particular emphasis on subsequent pavement layers within the storage yard areas, installation of mooring and fender systems, and preparations for operational testing and partial acceptance procedures. The objective remains to complete all works required to obtain the occupancy permit by the end of August 2026.
